DURATION OF STORAGE
The duration of the storage is measured according to the applicable statutory retention requirements and legal obligations. Your personal data, which are processed on the basis of a statutory provision or contractual obligation, will be kept for the period that is absolutely necessary for processing. The data that are processed based on your consent will be stored until further notice.

RIGHTS OF THE AFFECTED PARTIES
Right to information: According to Art. 15 GDPR, you are entitled to receive information about what personal data is processed, where it comes from, what data it is, whether it is passed on and to whom and what is done with the data. Right to correction and deletion: According to Art. 16 GDPR, you can request the correction or completion of the personal data at any time. You also have the right to erasure according to Art. 17 GDPR. In particular for data that has been published, you also have the “right to be forgotten”, i.e. the necessary steps are taken to delete all links, copies, replications, or the like. Right to object: You can exercise your right of objection in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR at any time and change the consent given with effect for the future or completely revoke it. Right to restriction (or also blocking): You can also request the restriction of the processing of personal data according to Art. 18 GDPR. The data collected may then only be processed with individual consent or the processing must then be restricted. Right to data portability: According to Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the provided personal data in a structured, common, machine-readable format and to request the transfer of your personal data to another person responsible. PROPERTIES OF CONSENT
Your data is processed on the basis of a contractual or legal basis and complies with the requirements of EU Regulation No. 679/2016 (GDPR). Consent to the processing of additional special categories of data is voluntary. Without consent, special arrangements can not be made with regard to other bookings. Consent to data processing regarding the sending of information, offers and news from the hotel is voluntary. If the personal data is not provided, no offers and news will be transmitted.

No automatic decision-making processes are used to process your personal data.

ADDITIVE + NEWSLETTER
You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. For this, we need your email address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. To provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process voluntarily provided information about your areas of interest, name, birthday and region and land of origin. As soon as you have subscribed to the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your subscription. You can cancel the subscription to the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in the respective newsletter. We use software from ADDITIVE OHG, 39011 Lana (BZ), Italy (“ADDITIVE”) to process your subscription and to deliver the newsletter to your email address. By means of these services and systems, your data is at least partly processed and stored outside the EU or the EEA. The appropriate level of data protection results from an adequacy decision from the European Commission (“Privacy Shield”) or from the concluded order processing agreement Avelengo on June 1st, 2020.
